The dedicated team at Aetna® for Providence is here to connect you with the resources you need to feel your best. Sometimes that means helping you understand your benefits. Other times it means bringing in the team you need, when you need it. We can help you save money and ease your mind.

Your health journey is ongoing, and so is our support. You can reach your dedicated Aetna Service Advocate Team at 1-833-529-1661. Or reach out directly to one of the resources below.

Need to speak with a nurse, day or night?

Sometimes you need a quick answer to a health question that can’t wait. Our team is ready to help, anytime. Call our 24-Hour Nurse Line to talk to a registered nurse who can answer questions about various health topics or help you decide where to go for care. This can help you avoid a costly trip to the emergency room if you don’t need it.

While only a doctor can diagnose, prescribe or give medical advice, our nurses can:

  • Give you more information about many health and wellness topics
  • Help you decide where to go for care
  • Tell you simple steps to take care of a health concern that isn’t urgent
  • Email you links to videos with more information

To get answers from a nurse 24/7/365, call 1-800-556-1555 (TTY: 711).

Need one-on-one nurse support with a health issue?

We love offering highly personalized support. Our nurses offer free, confidential, one-on-one support — personalized for what you’re going through.

While only a doctor can diagnose, prescribe or give medical advice, your clinical nurse can help you:

  • Prepare for and follow up on a hospital stay, treatment or procedure
  • Learn more about a health condition, such as diabetes
  • Work with your health care providers to coordinate services
  • Stay on track with your doctor’s care plan
  • Manage your medications
  • Make a plan to work toward your health goals

We’re just a phone call away. Call 1-833-529-1661 (TTY: 711) , and ask to speak with a clinical nurse.
